Casino Games - Craps

User Rating: / 0

You either like playing Craps or you don’t, there is never a middle ground, and you will often find great advocates of the game of Craps rigidly sticking by their very own Craps strategy and will never alter their game play.

In this section of the website we shall enlighten you to knowing when to place certain wagers and what each particular wager means so you can base your very own Craps strategy around them.

One good Craps strategy when deciding which wager to place, and one that boasts the lowest possible house edge is the pass line bet, due to it having the lowest house edge of any Craps wager at just 1.41% many players swear by this wager and will stick to it no matter what!

One other good Craps strategy worth passing on is for you to test drive the online casinos’ software in free play mode before you play for real money, as some are very user friendly and some are not!

Craps Strategy - Coming Out Roll

The Coming Out Roll is one of the most important parts of the game of Craps and this is where you are hoping the Shooter can make a point, as mentioned above this is where more players will lay their chips, onto the Pass Line Bet.

By placing your chips on the Pass Line Bet then you are hoping that the Shooter will throw in either a 4, 5, 6, 8, 9, or 10, if the Shooter does indeed throw in a total of the two dice that is one of these numbers then bingo, your Pass Line Bet has won.

The reverse of the Pass Line Bet is the Don't Pass bet and when you lay your chips down on this part of the Craps table layout you will be praying that the Shooter rolls in either a 2, 3 or a 12, if he does then this bet is a winner.

Should Lady Luck be smiling on the house at the Come Out Roll phase of the game and the Shooter rolls in a seven then apart from the game ending there and then any player who has wagered on the Any Seven wager will win this particular bet.

Craps Strategy - Establishing a Point

Just as in the Come Out Roll, the second phase of the game where the Shooter is aiming to Establish his point has its own betting and wagering options, and these are as follows:

A Come Bet will be deemed to be a winning wager if the Shooter manages to roll a 7 or 11 on the next roll, or make a Point, but as stated this wager is only allowed once the Come Out Roll has been made.

The opposite of the above wager is the aptly named the Don't Come bet and as you may have guessed you are wagering on exactly the opposite of the above bet happening.

There are also a large range of Odds bets that come into play in this section of the game of Craps and these can be made on an established Pass, Don't Pass, Come or Don't Come bet.
