According to the statement from Leo Vegas, Swish is one of the most popular and commonly used payment methods in the Swedish market, and almost 6.7 million inhabitants of Sweden use the mobile payment method. The launch of this popular payment method is going to significantly decrease the transaction costs if the Stockholm based company in the market. The legalization of online gambling according to the Riksdag’s Gambling Act did not only allow Leo Vegas to offer its services but also enabled it to work closer with popular local payment methods such as Swish, as well as other banking institutions in the Nordic country.
According to Leo Vegas’ press release, this new mobile payment method is going to strengthen its offering, and that it is going to be quite cost effective for the company that offers live casino, online casino, and sports gambling.
